Customer Success lead

We are looking for an experienced customer success lead to join our team and help us build out our customer success department. In this role, you will be in charge of ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, driving continuous post-sales engagement and boosting upsells. Our Customer Success team is the customer’s primary point of contact, and it is responsible for providing them with the best of class service and solutions.The ideal candidates will be able to drive strategy while rolling up their sleeves to execute it.

This position is located at our Nesher offices and is on-site.

What you’ll do:

  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive maximum value from the MoovingONโ€™s solutions.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy, focusing on customer expansion, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor and scale the customer success team.
  • Oversee the customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to success.
  • Be the main customer point of contact to build strong long-term relationship, manage and optimize client lifecycle at MoovingON.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.

What we look for:

  • 3+ years previous experience in customer success rule in technology company.
  • Technical background in cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and DevOps practices.
  • Experienced in building hands-on customer success methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong team-working skills, with a passion for making an impact.
  • Capable of aligning business goals with technical needs

Junior NOC Engineer

We are looking for a NOC Engineer to join our team in Nesher (Near Haifa). The position is aimed for student as part time โ€“ย  joining our NOC Engineering team. The Network Operations Center (NOC) is responsible for monitoring MoovingONโ€™s wide range of customers with their services, infrastructure, cloud servers, applications and operations. We donโ€™t expect you to have all required knowledge when you join us. Knowledge and skills will be picked up through organized orientation and training days.

Job Requirements:

  • Studying towards a degree in Computer Science/Information systems โ€“ advantage
  • Basic understanding of monitoring concepts and management tools โ€“ advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows environments โ€“ advantage
  • Scripting/Programming knowledge โ€“ advantage
  • Highly service-oriented and emphatic โ€“ A Must!
  • Ability to work in shifts under pressure, in stressful situations, in a 24ร—7 production environments
  • Excellent communication skills Excellent verbal and writing skills (English and Hebrew) โ€“ A Must!

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting technology companies and help startups and scaleups to secure their business goals and objectives. This position involves a great deal of phone/email/social contact and the ability to coordinate many tasks simultaneously. You must be flexible and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute inbound and outbound sales campaigns
  • Contact potential clients through a cadence of cold calls, emails and LinkedIn messages
  • Develop new opportunities by researching accounts, finding key players, generating interest and developing accounts
  • Present our company to prospects
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Set up meetings and calls between prospective clients and internal team
