B2B Sales & Business Development

MoovingON is a leading cloud and managed services company, helping organizations keep their mission-critical environments Always ON.

We are looking for a hungry, high-energy B2B Sales Executive with a strong hunter mindset — someone who knows how to open doors, create new opportunities, build trust with customers, and drive meaningful commercial conversations.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated salesperson who already has a solid foundation in B2B technology sales and is ready to grow into more complex sales processes.

This is not a “solo closer” role. Our sales process is consultative and involves senior internal experts, including the CEO and CTO, especially in complex opportunities. The right candidate will be expected to identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, qualify customer needs, and lead the commercial process together with MoovingON’s management and technical teams.

The role is primarily focused on sales, with approximately 20% of the time dedicated to business development activities such as identifying new opportunities, supporting partnerships, and helping expand MoovingON’s reach.

B2B Sales Executive Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and engage new technology-driven customers
  • Open doors independently and create qualified sales opportunities
  • Build relationships with business stakeholders, decision-makers, and technical leaders
  • Understand customer challenges and identify where MoovingON can create business and operational value
  • Lead early-stage sales conversations and coordinate the involvement of internal experts when needed
  • Work closely with the CEO, CTO, Delivery, NOC, Customer Success, and Product teams throughout the sales process
  • Support business development initiatives, including partnerships, strategic accounts, and market expansion opportunities
  • Help drive MoovingON’s growth in Israel and global markets

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B technology sales, business development, SDR/BDR, account development, or a similar commercial role
  • Not a first sales role — we are looking for someone with a solid sales foundation and the drive to grow
  • Strong hunter mindset — proactive, persistent, curious, and opportunity driven
  • Proven ability to open doors and generate new business conversations independently
  • Experience working with mid-market or enterprise customers – advantage
  • Ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
  • Understanding of cloud, SaaS, managed services, infrastructure, DevOps, or cybersecurity- strong advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written, remote, and face-to-face
  • Fluent English, spoken and written
  • High energy, business orientation, ownership mentality, and willingness to learn

Junior NOC Engineer

We are looking for a NOC Engineer to join our team in Nesher (Near Haifa). The position is aimed for student as part time –  joining our NOC Engineering team. The Network Operations Center (NOC) is responsible for monitoring MoovingON’s wide range of customers with their services, infrastructure, cloud servers, applications and operations. We don’t expect you to have all required knowledge when you join us. Knowledge and skills will be picked up through organized orientation and training days.

Job Requirements:

  • Studying towards a degree in Computer Science/Information systems – advantage
  • Basic understanding of monitoring concepts and management tools – advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows environments – advantage
  • Scripting/Programming knowledge – advantage
  • Highly service-oriented and emphatic – A Must!
  • Ability to work in shifts under pressure, in stressful situations, in a 24×7 production environments
  • Excellent communication skills Excellent verbal and writing skills (English and Hebrew) – A Must!

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting technology companies and help start-ups and scaleups to secure their business goals and objectives.

This position involves a great deal of phone/email contact and the ability to coordinate many tasks simultaneously. You must be flexible and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment.

What you will do:

  • Engage with potential clients through hyper personalized multi-channel outreach, including cold calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Set up meetings and calls between prospective clients and internal team members, positioning MoovingON’s unique value.
  • Create and share thought-leadership posts and micro-content to engage prospects.
  • Build trust through social selling, networking, and active participation in industry communities.
  • Leverage warm introductions, referrals, and competitor insights for strategic engagement.
  • Develop deep product expertise to provide tailored, consultative insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align messaging and amplify impact
  • Accurately log, track, and maintain records in our CRM and engagement platforms to optimize pipeline management.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 1+ years of sales related experience – outbound-focused sales or other customer-oriented background (support, customer service).
  • English level – very good or native – MUST
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, both written and on the phone.
  • Desire to learn, grow and develop a career in technology sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing start-up environment.
